At the bottom of this page is an expression of interest form. Submit your information and you'll be contacted closer to the Games with more information on how you can take part!
Athletes
The 2024 Saskatchewan Summer Games in Lloydminster will showcase the talents of approximately 1,800 of the province's top young athletes, competing for nine Districts in 15 different sports. More information on the athlete selection process of each sport can be found in the individual Sport Technical Packages, which are available on each sport's subpage here.
Those interested in trying out for the Saskatchewan Games are encouraged to visit the Provincial Sport Organization's (PSO) website and/or their respective District's website for more information on tryout dates. Further information on specific dates and locations for team tryouts will be available in spring 2024.
Coaches & Managers
If you are interested in being a coach or manager at the 2024 Saskatchewan Summer Games, please contact the Provincial Sport Organization (PSO) responsible for your sport of interest. Each PSO is responsible for naming the coaches for each District team. For more information on the level of certification required to coach, review the technical package for your sport available here.

Mission Staff
Mission Staff are an integral component of each District Team. They are a group of volunteers who are responsible for the effective management, operation, administration, and supervision of their District Team prior to and during the Games.

Officials
Nearly 200 major officials will be required throughout the 2024 Saskatchewan Summer Games to officiate the 15 sports taking place. Assisting them will be approximately 200 minor officials. To learn the difference between a minor and major official and for a list of which official's certifications are required, review the individual Sport Technical Packages which can be found here.

Volunteers
The successful hosting of the 2024 Saskatchewan Summer Games will require the contributions of upwards of 1,000 local volunteers in Lloydminster and surrounding area. Volunteer roles will be available for every age, ability, and accessibility! The volunteer drive will begin in early 2024 and more information will be available on this website and across social media.
The volunteer Host Organizing Committee is also recruiting committeed community leaders to help guide Games planning throughout 2023 and 2024. To learn more, contact Games Manager Nicole Clow.
