The Saskatchewan Games Council will be conducting the host community site evaluation tours for the 2016 Saskatchewan Summer Games, November 5 – 8, 2013.
Four communities submitted bids to host the next Saskatchewan summer games. Melfort, Humboldt, Estevan and Swift Current will play host to the site selection committee made up of Larry Lafrentz, Roberta Patterson and Donna Johnson-Genest. Accompanying the committee will be Provincial Games Consultant, Lorne Lasuita and Executive Director, Susan Schneider.
The bidding communities will have the opportunity to showcase their community as well as their sport and athlete services venues during 5 hour presentation. The Saskatchewan Games Council will announce the successful community later this month.
