The Estevan Chamber of Commerce would like to announce the exciting partnership with the Estevan 2016 Saskatchewan Summer Games Committee for this year’s Beach Bash, which will be held on August 15th, 2015 at Woodlawn Regional Park Boundary Dam Beach.
“Beach Bash has been a great asset to our community over the past three years. We are excited to be hosting the 4 th annual event with partnership of the Summer Games Committee. They have brought some creative ideas to the table to make this event even more exciting for people attending the event.” said Rebecca Westling, Marketing and Events Coordinator of the Estevan Chamber of Commerce. “As always, we are still looking to other organizations or clubs that would like to participate in this community event or add to it in any way.”
“Our committee is working hard to promote Estevan and area as we prepare to bring Saskatchewan’s largest multi-sport event to Estevan in 2016. Boundary Dam Beach will be an integral part in hosting events during the Games. The Estevan Chamber of Commerce has been a big support to us on the road to the Games, and we are eager to partner with them in hosting the Beach Bash!’ stated Estevan 2016 co-chair Brian Senchuk.
“We will have a couple bands in the line up again this year, Third Degree Burnz being one of them” said Westling. “Each year we learn a lot about how we can better the event and this year we are focusing on bettering the family activities throughout the day. You will see some really great things including a Saskatchewan Artist, who has traveled the globe competing in Sand Castle competitions. She will be doing a demonstration, so you will get to see it happens live, which is really exciting and unique.”
