Communications Toolkit

The 2026 Saskatchewan Winter Games in Flying Dust First Nation-City of Meadow Lake will take place from February 15-21, 2026.

As a partner organization of the Saskatchewan Games Council, you play an essential role in helping us spread the word about the Saskatchewan Games and ensuring that athletes, coaches, and officials from across the province are made aware of opportunities to participate. We are so grateful for all of our partners for everything you do to help make the Games a success!

In this Communications Toolkit, you'll find a selection of assets that will help you promote the 2026 Saskatchewan Winter Games on your website, on social media, and in person. The links listed below will take you to Google Drive folders, where all assets are available for download. Links will open in a new window. If you have any issues in downloading any files or would like to request specific materials or messaging for your PSO, District, club, or organization, please contact Karen Lawson, Games Services and Communications Lead.

    11. District Playdown Dates and Coach/Manager Applications

While each individual PSO determines the details, dates, and specific processes for coach/manager and athlete recruitment of their sport and is responsible for distributing that information to its members, the Saskatchewan Games Council aims to have all current tryout/application information linked in one place for interested participants to access as it becomes available. Information is available on our website at the links below. The SGC will look to partner closely with each PSO to compile and communicate tryout details as widely as possible.
