Job Opportunity: Games Manager, 2026 Saskatchewan Winter Games in Flying Dust First Nation-City of Meadow Lake

The 2026 Saskatchewan Winter Games Host Committee is now seeking a temporary, full-time Games Manager to lead the planning and execution of the upcoming Games, taking place in Flying Dust First Nation and the City of Meadow Lake from February 15-21, 2026. The position has a tentative start date of December 2024 or a mutually agreed upon date, and will conclude in March of 2026.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the Board of Directors, the Saskatchewan Games Council, Provincial Sport Organizations, and other partners. Knowledge of and experience with provincial sport in Saskatchewan is a requirement. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of planning and delivering the 2026 Saskatchewan Winter Games. Strong organizational skills and experience with planning large-scale events is required for the position. Preference will be given to applicants with a relevant degree or diploma.
