Sask Games Alumni at 2016 Paralympics in Rio

The 2016 Paralympic Games in Rio are now officially closed... congratulations to our two Saskatchewan Games alumni, Erica Gavel who competed in basketball at the 2004 Saskatchewan Summer Games, and wore the red & white in Wheelchair Basketball in Rio and Miranda Biletski who was a swimmer at the 2004 Saskatchewan Summer Games, and represented Canada in Wheelchair Rugby.
In addition, Saskatchewan Games Council board member, Louise Ashcroft, was a Major Official for Sit Volleyball, and 2016 Saskatchewan Summer Games Volunteer Chair, Sheila Guenther, was the head official for Para-Swimming!
Congratulations again to all of Team Canada, but especially to Saskatchewan atheltes and our Saskatchewan Games alumni!
